Beginners

Need some help preparing yourself to jump off the starting block for your triathlon? Don’t stress, we are here to help. We can either teach you the best technique from scratch or help you refine your own technique so that you can push further. We know that your first triathlon can be a lot to take in. But we are here to make sure that you follow all of the proven steps throughout our beginner’s training program so that you’re ready to take the plunge when the day comes.

Olympic

If you’re taking on an Olympic triathlon, you’ve got some serious swimming distance to cover. And to be able to do that, you need to be well prepared. We have been working in this field for a while now. Which means we have been able to refine our processes to make sure that you get the most out of your coaching with us. We will give you an assessment, and based on your current abilities, set out a plan perfectly tailored to you. This will make sure that you reach your goals before your triathlon, and give you the confidence you need to tackle it head on.
 

Ironman

Taking on an Ironman triathlon, you’re already probably quite pyscially fit and experienced with triathlons. But don’t be fooled, even the ironman winners have a coach behind them. Feel free to do your research on past ironman winners, and see what type of mentorship and training schedules they had to prepare themselves. This is exactly what we are here to do for you, giving you a personalized plan based on your anatomy and abilities. We are here not just to give you a training schedule that will prepare you for the swimming element, but answer your questions and provide you with support.

Physical Testing

We like to give our clients plans that are based on their abilities, and the length of time we have to get them to where they need to be. To be able to provide our clients with a plan that is suited to them and not just something generic, we need to do some physical testing. This includes watching their technique as they are in the water, blood lactate testing as well as Vo2 max testing.
